What is not ingested
- Any NC (non-commercial) or ND (no-derivatives) tagged source.
- Any paywalled or subscription-gated content.
- Full-text book, article, or news bodies (news is a separate pipeline that indexes headline + URL + fair-use snippet under the standard news-search doctrine).
- Personal data beyond public directory listings (Wikidata public bio entries).
